Recreational Fun Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an eligible item, you must provide proof of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hot Tub and Pool Chemicals
  • Pool and Spa Heaters, Spa Packs, Controls, Circuit Boards, Electrical Parts, Pumps

Non-returnable items may be covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty.

Conditions:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Custom-made, built-to-order, and other items noted above are non-returnable.
  • Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
  • Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free return or exchange. Please contact our team for assistance.

Other Returns:

  • If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely packaged and insured for return shipping to prevent damage.

Return Inspection & Refund Processing:

All returned products will be inspected by our team upon receipt. Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.
