How to Use FROG® TArget

Step 1:
Test water weekly using FROG® Test Strips (or FROG @ease® Test Strips if using FROG @ease) to monitor Total Alkalinity.

Step 2:
If Total Alkalinity is not in the ideal range, use the dosing chart on the bottle to determine how much FROG TArget to add using the TruDose Cap™.

Step 3:
With jets running and the spa unoccupied, pour FROG TArget into the hot tub. Circulate jets for 30 minutes to mix thoroughly. Leave the cover off while jets are running.

Step 4:
After 2 hours, retest the water. Repeat steps as needed until Total Alkalinity reaches the ideal range of 80–120 ppm.

Step 5:
Ensure Total Alkalinity is in range before adjusting pH levels.
