What to Expect at Delivery

Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please answer or return their call promptly, as the shipment cannot be delivered without an appointment.

On the scheduled delivery date, the driver will unload the product using a liftgate and place it at the end of your driveway or another accessible curbside location. An adult must be present to receive the shipment and sign the bill of lading.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please carefully inspect the shipment before signing for delivery.

• Visible damage: Take clear photos, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.
• Suspected concealed damage: Accept the delivery and write “Damaged—Subject to Inspection” on the bill of lading before signing.
• Open and inspect the product as soon as possible after delivery.
